The entity has been established by Mrs.SulochanaChepyala a House Wife hailing from Karimnagar Distwith a pure instinct to provide the taste of lost traditional Telangana Snacks and Sweets. Apart from serving several other snacks and sweets which are commonly prepared in both Telangana and Andhra states, our main focus is in promoting Telangana Snacks such as Sakinalu, which is the most popular savory in Telangana and often prepared during Makara Sankranti festival Season. This is a deep-fried snack made of rice flour, sesame seeds and flavoured with ajwain. SarvaPindi which is a spicy rice flour pancake made of rice flour, channa dal or ground nut and spices to make it a delicious and healthy dish. SarvaPindi is one of the ethnic dishes from the Telangana cuisine. The other special Telangana Sweets and Snacks include Ariselu, Gavvalu, MadathaPeni, Garijelu, Garelu, Chegodilu and Chuduva to name a few.
